To become a member you will need to submit an application form by mail.

You may pay the application fee of $30 by either direct deposit to the STAA bank account:

Membership Application fee of $30    

Associate Membership of $50 to 30 June 2013 (when renewing, or after your application has been approved)  

Membership of $150 to 30 June 2013 (When renewing, or after your application has been approved)  

Certified SCENAR Therapist of $175 to 30 June 2013 (When renewing, or after your application has been approved)
